The Vegan Shift .

Have You Ever Wondered why people are going  on a vegan shift? Well The answer lies here in our Vedic literature which were written before time found its existence.
  
So what Vegan comprise of ? It Is exclusion  of all Animal derived foods even milk and dairy products too.
 
Why the shift happening ?:- very crisp answer to the question is  health awareness among people , Ethical motivations ,celebrity endorsement, plant based alternatives,social influence etc. encouraged people to opt for veganism.


Let's have a look what  authorities signifies .
 Many research platforms share there information .Eg:- American Journal Of Clinical Nutrition, indicates vegetarian diet lowers the risk of cancer.The study was done on 80,000 individuals ,by tracking their food habits and found that pure vegan had 24% Less chance of cancer.

Another research At OXFORD UNIVERSITY found  reduction in two third of green house effect shall occur if global vegan diet is followed.  Found shocking!! Well ,here is the explantion . Reduction in use of fertilizers which are used to increase productivity these release significant nitrous oxide .cutting of methane from the livestock. 

Like these there are countless no. Of research which reflects the benefits  of being vegan for a society .But somethings are done for oneself also right !?? So let's talk about few of them .

According to 2022 Lancet Study 82.5 million Indians are obese .    And more than 60% malnutrition is due to overeating and Cholestrol finds its sweet home in non vegetarian diets .Therefore , vegan diet  is blessing for their weight loss journey .
 

Connection to mindfulness - another side of being vegan is people found themselves more energetic, emotionally balanced and lighter .

There are many countless benefits like it promotes Heart health ,Gut health, prevents fatty liver , atherosclerosis, cancer protection ,mainTains harmony between mind and body and many other countless benefits.
  
So, Choosing a vegan diet is not just about the food option but a way to enter new  higher basic and compassionate life ahead . Shifting to Vegan diet is not easy but yeah  People on large scale are going  vegan !! By their persistent efforts.
